This study aims to reveal the development of short-term mechanical and chemical properties of one-part geopolymers for utilization in well construction and well abandonment activities. These geopolymers are heat-cured rock-based one-part products. One-part geopolymers not only could provide user-friendly slurries, but also can facilitate their commercialization and large-scale applications.
