I estimate a model of meat demand using purchasing data of meat and other protein rich products from a European retailer. I combine the purchasing data with data on production and transport emissions.

The first settlements were established along the Norwegian coast around 11 000 years ago, some 500-700 years after the end of the last ice age. The post-glacial rebound creates an ever-changing sea level and turned the coastal stone age settlements into sub-sea sites.
