Buildings generate around 40% of CO2 emissions globally. With today's technology, it is possible to bring this number down to zero for new and refurbished buildings. However, the impact of the users of the building is not well understood. This leads to buildings having higher emissions than planned for. In this talk, we'll explore the human dimension of sustainable buildings.
